If your research site is participating in the Patient Resource Partner program, please follow the onboarding instructions below.
Step 1
Complete the Trial Participant Form with your site and patient information:
Step 2
Submit the signed Patient Resource Partner ICF by faxing to 351-222-7966
Step 3
One of our team members will contact your site to gather any additional information.

Applying patients to applicable organizations that can help pay for medication costs, insurance premiums, and daily costs of living.
Resource Acquisition
Researching food, transportation, and other helpful resources that could improve your quality of life.
Making Connections
Syncing patients to support groups and advocacy organizations to feel more connected and supported with individuals facing similar situations.
Reminder Calls
We schedule reminder calls based on the needs in the study protocol, such as avoiding prohibited foods or completing the diary.
Follow-Up Calls
We also schedule follow-up calls to understand the patient’s overall experience, helping mitigate visit or procedure compliance concerns.
Redirecting Questions
Patients will always be directed to speak with you regarding any medical questions they may ask.

Site Program Enrollment
Patient consents to clinial trial at research site.
Patient Resource Partner Referral
Research site registers patient to online portal.
Patient Resource Partner Contacts Patient
Patient Resource Partner works with patient to assess barriers to care and other financial concerns.
Program Enrollment
Patient Resource Partner enrolls patient in financial assistance programs.
Continual Follow-Up
Patient Resource Partner establishes cadence with the patient for the duration of the trial.
